Second-class donned their wellies and warm coats to venture out to the proposed sensory garden and outdoor classroom space today with the intent of mapping out our Classroom in the Sun Creative Schools project. The children had so many great ideas and by working together they came up with some wonderful design solutions! The children guided by Clodagh our Arts Council Creative Association and Joan our Horticulturist developed further ideas on the shape and size of the outdoor classroom structure and where it might go ideally.
The motto for the day was Cooperation and Teamwork!
