The junior infants ventured out into our Classroom in the Sun and school garden this week to explore all the wonderful things growing. Kevin our Caretaker took us on a visit to the apple trees to see how much they've grown since we planted them back in March. We picked some apples and brought them inside to taste. This is the first batch of apples our orchard has produced and by all accounts, they are quite juicy and delicious!
