The children in Junior Infants and First Class have been hard at training on Thursday mornings with Coach Ciaran and crew! In the first few weeks, the children have been experiencing different methods of running and relay team races using all sorts of equipment such as cones, relay batons, balls, hula hoops etc., and jumping activities. Also included in the training sessions are activities experimenting with appropriate objects and methods of throwing, aiming for height and distance. The sessions are delivered in partnership with Athletics Ireland and South County Dublin Sports Partnership.
