Continuing on our school research journey in gathering information and ideas for our Creative Schools project in establishing our own Classroom in the Sun outdoor classroom and sensory garden project, Ms. Tyrrell's 2nd class children ventured to the Irish Museum of Modern Arts grounds at Kilmainham on Thursday last.
Accompanied by our Arts Associate Clodagh Emoe, the children got busy planting Echineace and Lychnis in the nursery gardens at the IMMA. The children discovered lots about Biodiversity and were excited to climb and explore the log piles which are home to a whole variety of small creatures, insects, and animals that share our world.
